(CHR-3003) Chrysler 300 MX / SW Series Lower Grille

Install Step #1:
Here is our project Chrysler 300 in need of a GrillCraft mesh grille.
Install Step #2:
Remove plastic clips along the top of the trim panel as shown.
Install Step #3:
Unclip the trim panel along the edge of the bumper cover.
Install Step #4:
Seperate the trim panel from the bumper cover as shown.
Install Step #5:
Remove trim panel from vehicle.
Install Step #6:
Remove splash panel front side clips.
Install Step #7:
Remove bumper cover bolt located in the fender well area as shown.
Install Step #8:
Remove bolts along the front underside area of the bumper cover.
Install Step #9:
Remove bumper cover from vehicle.
Install Step #10:
Insert the Lower Mesh Grille into the lower bumper opening.
Install Step #11:
Using a scribe, mark the locations of the center hole in the tabs on each side of the grille.
Install Step #12:
Using a 3/16" bit, drill the appropriate holes where the grille will mount to the bumper.
Install Step #13:
Take the included U-nuts and mount them to the grille as shown.
Install Step #14:
Remove the metal clip that secures the plastic bumper reinforcement to the bumper cover.
Install Step #15:
Temporarily remove the plastic bumper reinforcement in order to fasten grille insert screws.
Install Step #16:
Insert the Lower Mesh Grille into the lower bumper opening.
Install Step #17:
Using the included hardware, tighten the Lower Grille to the bumper. Be sure not to over-tighten.
Install Step #18:
Fully installed, the grille should fit nice and tight against the bumper.
Install Step #19:
Reinstall the plastic reinforcement onto bumper cover.
Install Step #20:
Reinstall bumper cover onto vehicle.
