Grille Installation Process         Chevy Truck '99-06 Upper Grille Kit (CHE-1500) Part # CHE-1500B Part # CHE-1500S Part # CHE-1500-SW Picture #1: Here is our Sport Grille kit Part# Che-1500 available in silver or black finish. Picture #2: Here is our project Chevy Tahoe in need of a Custom GrillCraft Mesh Sport grille for added styling. Picture #3: Start by removing the plastic clips that secure the grille cover as shown. Picture #4: Remove the grille shell bolts. Picture #5: Turn grille shell fastners ½ turn. Picture #6: Loosen grille shell fastners just below headlamps ½ turn Picture #7: Unfasten grille shell clip located in signal lamp area it may help to push it from the back side as shown. Picture #8: The entire grille shell can now be removed. Picture #9: Now with the grille shell off the vehicle. Insert the grille into grille opening from the front side. Picture #10: Press corners down firmly while marking the side bracket center hole location using a sharp scribe. Picture #11: Drill a 3/16 hole for the bracket mounting screws. Picture #12: Mount the supplied "U" nut fastener onto grille tabs as shown. Fasten grille with supplied screws from the backside while press the grille firmly into place at the corners to ensure a proper fit.
