Grille Installation Process
        Nissan 350Z '06-07 MX-Series Lower Grille Kit (NIS-3501)

Picture #1:
Here is the GrillCraft MX Series Custom Mesh Grille kit for the Nissan 350Z Part# NIS-3501 available in silver or black powder coat finishes.

Our project Nissan 350Z in need of a custom grille for some added styling and radiator protection.

Picture #3:
Remove the grille center trim.
Picture #4:
With the center trim removed you can access the screws to the right & left trim pieces.

Removing upper right & left trim pieces.

Getting access to the underside will be needed in order to remove lower trim screws.

Removing lower grill trim cover.
Picture #8:
The vehicle with the upper & lower plastic trim covers removed.

Picture #9:
Place the GrillCraft Grille into the lower bumper opening and using a scribe mark the mouting tab center hole locations.

Place the GrillCraft Grille into the lower bumper opening and using a scribe mark the mouting tab center hole locations.

Picture #11:
Drill 3/16 hole for the mounting screws.
Picture #12:
Remove the plastic clips that secure the right & left plastic baffles in the corner of the bumper opening.

Picture #13:
These are the clips that hold the plastic baffle in place.
Picture #14:
Remove the bolts on the lower front section of the bumper cover.

Picture #15:
With the bolts removed you now have access to the under side of the bumper in order to remove the plastic baffles.

The plastic baffle removed from vehicle.

Picture #17:
Drill a clearance hole in the plastic baffle. This hole is needed in order to gain access to the grille screw when fastening the screw.

Attach the supplie "U" nuts to the grille tabs as shown.

Place the grillCraft Grille into the lower bumper opening and fasten from the underside.
