Our project 2001-2009 GMC Envoy in need of a GrillCraft Custom Mesh Sport grille for added styling.

Using a screw driver unclip the grille shell clips located on the right & left outer ends as shown.

Unclip the top inner grille shell clips.

Pull grille forward then pull up in order to unclip the lower grille shell plastic tabs.

Remove grille shell from the vehicle.

The next step is to remove the factory GMC emblem locate nut fastners on the backside of the emblem.

Remove the factory GMC emblem.

The grille center section must cut out. Make sure not to cut the 1st upper bar.

The grille shell is now ready for the custom grille install.

Place the GrillCraft Custom Grille into the factory grille shell as shown.

While holding grille firmly in place mark grille insert mounting tab center hole locations onto the grille shell.

Drill holes for the mounting screws using 3/16 inch drill bit.

Place screws into the insert mounting tabs.

Place "Flat" nuts onto the grille insert screws.

Fasten grille insert screws. Next remount grille shell onto vehicle.
