Picture #1:
Remove the screws along the top of the grille shell.
|
Picture #2:
Remove the screws that hold the park lamps in place.
|
Picture #3:
Unplug park lamp socket as shown.
|
Picture #4:
Remove screw located behind park lamp.
|
Picture #5:
Now remove grille shell from vehicle.
|
Picture #6:
Cut out the factory horizontal and vertical plastic bars as shown. Also grind smooth any plastic nubs left over from cutting.

Cut out the factory horizontal and vertical plastic bars as shown.

Cut out the factory horizontal and vertical plastic bars as shown.

Cut out the factory horizontal and vertical plastic bars as shown.

Cut out the factory horizontal and vertical plastic bars as shown. Also grind smooth any plastic nubs left over from cutting.

Align lower extension brackets using the billet grille as a test fit. Next drill grille shell plastic and secure extension bracket using supplied sheet metal screw and "U" nut clip.

Attach lower grille mounting bolts.

On the top bracket drill hole into grille shell plastic for the mounting bolt. Attach upper portion using supplied nut and bolt along with square backing washer as shown.
