Our 2009 Project Ford F-150 Truck in need of a GrillCraft MX-Series Mesh Grille.

Open the hood and remove the nuts located on the back side of the grille.

We recommend using a "Nylon Pry Bar" in order to remove grille shell clips. Nylon Pry Bar are availble at Harbor Freight Tools.

Place plastic pry bar under grille shell in order to release grille shell clip.

Place mesh insert into grille shell as shown. Press grill insert firmly against plastic nubs left onto grille shell in Step's #11 & #15.

While holding mesh grille insert in place, mark mounting tab center hole locations.

Drill 3/16 inch holes for mounting screws.

Mask off area behind mesh grille insert using masking tape. Next spray section behind grille insert using a flat black spray paint.
