Our project Dodge Challenger in need of a GrillCraft Grille.

Remove the right & left plastic trim panels along top of the bumper cover.
|

Note: The grille has three threaded studs.

Picture #4:
Place the GrillCraft grille into factory grille opening.Mark the location of the three mounting studs.

Drill three 3/16 inch holes for the mounting studs.

Note: Center mounting stud hole location.

Drill right & left holes at red arrow location.

A view of the right side drilled hole. This hole can be enlarged with using the 3/16 inch drill bit or using a Dremel.

Drill a slotted hole using 3/16 inch bit in this location. This slotted hole will be a clearance hole for the center backing washer.

Place grille insert into opening. Make sure and alin studs to the drilled holes.

Fasten mesh grille insert with the supplied nuts and washers.
