        Dodge Magnum '08 SW & MX Upper Grille Kit (DOD-3052)

Picture #1:
Remove the plastic clips that hold the top of the bumper cover to vehicle using a flat screwdriver works fine.

Removing the plastic clips.

Picture #3:
Remove the right & leftn plastic trim panels along top of the bumper cover.

Picture #4:
Remove the three plastic rivets on the front section of the wheel well. The plastic rivets must be discarded the grille kits hardware includes replacement clips.

The factory plastic rivets are not re-usable they will be replaced with supplied clips.

Picture #6:
Removing the plastic rivet is a little tough so its best to cut them off using a set of wire cutters works fine..

These are the replacement clips included with the grille hardware.

Picture #8:
Remove bolt securing bumper cover to fender edge.

Picture #9:
Remove bolts located along the front underside of the bumper cover.

Picture #10:
Removing the underside bolts.

Picture #11:
Removing the bumper cover from the vehicle is a simple process.

Remove the screws that secure factory grille to the bumper.

Picture #13:
Removing factory grille screws.

removing screws.

Unclip the corner of the factory grille over the plastic retainer shown.

Picture #16:
Using a flat screwdriver unfasten the plastic tabs securing grille to the bumper as shown.

Picture #17:
Removing factory grille from the bumper cover.

Picture #18:
Insert the GrillCraft grille from the front side as shown.

Picture #19:
Mark grille insert mounting tab center hole locations using a sharp scribe.

Picture #20:
Drill 3/16 inch holes for the grille mounting screws.

The grille insert mounting hardware.

Fasten grille insert from the back side as shown.
