Our project Honda Accord in need of a GrillCraft upper mesh grille kit.

Picture #2:
Remove the plastic clips that secure the plastic under hood trim panel.
|
Picture #3:
Use a flat screw driver in order to remove clip.
|
Picture #4:
Remove plastic trim panel.
|
Picture #5:
Remove the plastic push clips located on the front under side of the front bumper cover.
|
Picture #6:
This is the location of the fender well screws.
|
Picture #7:
Remove the two screws located in the front fender well there is one screw on each side.

Picture #8:
Remove bumper cover from the vehicle.
|
Picture #9:
Remove the factory grille clips.
|
Picture #10:
Remove the factory grille from the bumper cover.
|
Picture #11:
Place the Ggrillcraft grille insert into the upper grille opening and mark the center pin location.

Picture #12:
Drill 3/16 hole for the igrille center pin.
|
Picture #13:
Now mark the right & left mounting tab center hole locations.
|
Picture #14:
Drill 3/16 inch hole for grille mounting screws.

OPTIONAL: We recommend painting the area behind the grille with flat black spray paint.

OPTIONAL: We recommend painting the area behind the grille with flat black spray paint.

OPTIONAL: We recommend painting the area behind the grille with flat black spray paint.

Picture #18:
Mount the grille insert to the bumper cover and fasten with supplied hardware.

Picture #19:
Reinstall the bumper cover to the vehicle then line up the center bracket under the plastic cover.

Picture #20:
Drill 3/16 inch hole in the plastic trim panel for the center tab.

Picture #21:
Install center screw with the supplied flat nut.

Here is the grille installed on the vehicle.
