Our project Dodge Charger in need of a GrillCraft Grille. In this istallation shown
we have not removed the bumper cover from the vehicle some may find removing the bumper a easier option for the grille install.

Place the grille into the grille opening as shown.

While holding grille firmly in place mark the mounting tab center holes.

Drill 3/16 inch holes for the mounting screws
when drilling make sure to drill through the grille shell as well as the bumper cover.

Reach through the back side of the grille shell and remove screws securing grille shell to the bumper cover. This is the step where you may find it easier to remove the bumper cover from the vehicle its a tight squeeze to get to the screws.

In this step drill clearance holes for the Grille inserts screws this way the grille shell will install flush against the bumper cover.

Remove the grille shell plastic backing piece.

Optional: Cutting the factory grille bars outs optional the GrillCraft grille insert will fit in place with-out removing the factory plastic grille bars.

Fasten the GrillCraft grille insert into the grille shell and fasten with supplied hardware.

Attach the plastic grille shell backing to the grille shell as shown.

Drill clearance holes into the grille shell backing plastic as shown this will give the grille insert screws clearance.
