Here is the GrillCraft BG-Series Cut/Out Style Aluminum Billet Grille for the Chevy Silverado 1994-1998 & 1994-1999 Tahoe/Suburban

Remove the screws along the top of the grille shell.
|
Picture #4:
Remove the bolt located just above the bow tie logo as shown.
|
Picture #5:
Remove the screws that hold the park lamps in place.
|
Picture #6:
Unplug park lamp socket as shown.
|
Picture #7:
Unclip the grille shell (clip located in park lamp area)
|
Picture #8:
Unclip grille shell just below bow tie logo as shown.

A view of the clip releasing it with a screwdriver works great.

Now you can pull the grille from vehicle.

As you are pulling grille shell from vehicle disconnect corner lamp socket as shown.

The grille center bars will need to be cut out if you do not want to any cutting use GrillCraft Part# CHE-1450-BAO (bolt/over version no cutting required)

Remove the center grille bars after cutting.

Picture #15:
Insert the GrillCraft grille as shown then mark right & left mounting hole locations and drill for screws.

Attach grille using supplied screws and "U" nuts as shown.

Picture #17:
Fasten grille screws from the front side and install grille shell onto vehicle.
