Here is our project Chevy in need of a GrillCraft BG Series Billet Grille.

Remove the plastic clips on the under hood cover.
|

Removing the under hood cover.
|
Picture #5:
Remove bolts that secure grille shell to the core support.
|
Picture #6:
Give the plastic screw fastners on the grille shell 1/2 turn.
|
Picture #7:
Give the plastic screw fastners located on the bottom of the grille shell 1/2 turn.

Remove grille shell.

Picture #9:
Note: The plastic welds that need to be removed.

Picture #10:
Using a chisel or sharp screwdriver will remove the plastic welds.

Now remove grille center section as shown.

Picture #12:
Insert the top grille insert.
|
Picture #13:
Mark bracket center hole location.
|
Picture #14:
Drill bracket screw location with 1/4" drill bit.

Picture #15:
Insert supplied bolt & lock nut.
|
Picture #16:
Place the supplied "S" bracket as shown on the lower tab of the upper grille insert.

Mark bracket hole center.

Drill bracket hole center.
|
Picture #19:
Remove "S" bracket and attach supplied "U" nut as shown.

Fasten the "S" bracket to the grille shell with supplied screw.

Bracket attached to the grille shell 2nd view.

Fasten the upper grille insert bolts.
|
Picture #23:
Place lower grille insert into grille shell and alin "L" Bracket as shown then mark hole location.

Drill and fasten "L" bracket in place as shown.

Picture #25:
Mark the lower mounting tab of the lower section grille insert.
|
Picture #26:
Drill lower tab for screw.
|
Picture #27:
Fasten the lower section grille insert as shown.
